Char-Griller's 5-year burn and rust-through warranty is among the best in the grill industry. Most grill brands stand behind their products for 1-year. At Char-Griller, we build durable products that last beyond the first grilling season.

When does coverage begin?

Coverage on your Char-Griller grill starts on the original date of purchase. Only the original purchaser is covered under this warranty. Please make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt). Locate your grill serial number and register your grill as indicated in the image. The plate with the serial number is generally on the back of the bottom half of the grill.

How to Claim Warranty

If you haven't yet, register your grill and make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt). Grills must be registered to file a warranty claim. Register your grill Tip: Use your mobile device to take a picture of your receipt just in case you misplace the physical copy. Once you have registered your grill, file your warranty claim. If you have any questions, contact customer service.

Char-Griller will replace any defective part of its grillers/smokers, under warranty, as outlined below:

• Dual Fuels
• Parts, Accessories, and Grill Covers

What Is Not Covered?

Surface issues such as:

• Scratches
• Dents
• Corrosion
• Discoloring by Heat
• Abrasive and Chemical Cleaners

IMPORTANT: Surface rust of the discoloration of steel surfaces are NOT covered.

What Will Void the Warranty?

Warranties are for the replacement of defective parts only. Char-Griller is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Accidents
• Alterations
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Hostile Environments
• Improper Installation
